What is Ezzyly?

Ezzyly is Nigeria's newest on-demand service marketplace app that instantly connects customers who need services with verified service providers who can help. Think of it as your personal assistant for finding trusted plumbers, electricians, beauticians, drivers, caterers, and 20+ other services - all through one simple app.

For service providers, Ezzyly is a platform to find consistent customers, grow your business, and get paid daily for your work. We're making it easy for skilled Nigerians to turn their expertise into reliable income.

Launched in January 2026 by Seer Global Solutions Limited (a subsidiary of Seer Group Inc., USA), Ezzyly operates in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, with plans to expand across Nigeria and eventually throughout Africa.

How do I get started with Ezzyly?

For Customers:

  1. Download the app from Google Play Store (iPhone version coming soon)
  2. Create your account with your phone number - takes less than 60 seconds
  3. Browse or search for the service you need
  4. Book instantly by selecting a provider and preferred time
  5. Relax while we connect you with a verified provider
  6. Pay securely through the app after service completion

For Service Providers:

  1. Download the Ezzyly app from Google Play Store
  2. Sign up as a Service Provider - select this option during registration
  3. Verify your identity by uploading a valid ID (NIN, Driver's License, or Voter's Card) and taking a selfie, depending on services offered other documents may be required.
  4. Add your services - choose categories and set your prices
  5. Complete BVN verification for secure daily payments
  6. Go online and start receiving customer requests immediately!

What payment methods do you accept?

For Customers, we accept:

  • Nigerian bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve)
  • Bank transfers (all major Nigerian banks)
  • Mobile money (OPay, PalmPay, Kuda, and others)
  • Wallet balance (add money to your Ezzyly wallet for faster checkout)

For Service Providers:

  • Daily payouts directly to your Nigerian bank account
  • Mobile money transfers (OPay, PalmPay, etc.)
  • Weekly bulk transfers if you prefer less frequent payments
  • All payouts are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you have full control over your account and can cancel anytime. Here's how:

To deactivate temporarily:

  • Go to Settings > Account > Deactivate Account
  • Your profile becomes invisible but data is preserved
  • Reactivate anytime by logging back in

To delete permanently:

  • Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  • Or email us at privacy@seerglobalsolutions.com 
  • We'll process deletion within 30 days
  • You'll receive confirmation when complete

Important notes:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • We retain certain records for legal compliance (like transaction history for tax purposes)
  • Outstanding payments will be processed before deletion
  • You can download your data before deleting (Settings > Privacy > Download My Data)

Is my data secure?

Absolutely! We take your privacy and security seriously with multiple layers of protection:

How much does it cost to join as a provider?

It's completely FREE to join! No registration fees, no hidden charges.

When and how do I get paid?

  • Daily payments available - get paid every day for work completed
  • Automatic processing at 6 PM daily for completed jobs
  • Multiple options: Bank transfer or mobile money
  • No minimum amount - whether you earn ₦500 or ₦50,000
  • Payment confirmation via SMS and/or in-app notification
  • Weekly option available if you prefer bulk payments

What documents do I need to register?

Basic Requirements:

  • Valid Nigerian ID (NIN, Driver's License, Voter's Card, or Passport)
  • Clear selfie for verification
  • Active Nigerian phone number
  • BVN for payment processing

Additional (depending on service):

  • Professional certificates (for specialized services)
  • Business registration (if you have a registered business)
  • Trade licenses (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
  • Driver's license (for driving services)

How do I get more customers?

  1. Open the Ezzyly app
  2. Search or browse for the service you need
  3. Choose your location (or let us detect it)
  4. Pick a provider based on ratings, price, and availability
  5. Select date and time (now or schedule for later)
  6. Confirm booking with payment method
  7. Track your provider in real-time when they're on the way

What if I need to cancel a booking?

  • How to cancel: Go to Bookings > Select booking > Cancel

Are the service providers verified?

Yes! Every provider goes through:

  • Government ID verification
  • Selfie/face matching technology
  • Phone number verification
  • BVN validation for financial security
  • Skills assessment (for technical services)
  • Background checks (where applicable)
  • Continuous rating monitoring

Look for the "Verified" check on provider profiles for extra confidence.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
